Anita at 9 months

These pictures range from 8-10 months. In that time, Anita has been perfecting her crawling, working on walking, and eating all sorts of solid foods--including one dead lady bug. Ani's also beginning to talk and forming her first few words: more, doggy, kitty, bye-bye, and of course, Dada. Already we're beginning to see the truth in a saying Chris once relayed to me:

"You spend the first couple years teaching them to walk and talk. Then you spend the next 16 trying to get them to sit down and shut up."
